Apps getting rearranged after coming out of Screen Time block
- Invalid Apple ID error - Why am I not able to enable Mobicip for my older child?
Please be informed that unfortunately, this is a known issue in iOS device. Fixing this permanently will need Apple's side help which might take time. However, there is a workaround for it. Check out this article for further details. The Mobicip App Organizer that's mentioned in this article was working perfectly on iOS devices until iOS update (14.4.2 and above) from Apple. Unfortunately, Apple has removed that option from their end in the newer iOS versions which made our App Organizer to stop working completely.
If your child's device have OS version above 14.4.2, we regret to inform you that there isn't any immediate solution. Our dev team is working diligently to find an alternate solution to fix the issue. Meanwhile, we recommend your kid to make use of Apple's App library to access the apps on his device. As you may already know, the app library arranges the apps by app categories and your kid will be able to get to the Games, Education, or recently used apps quickly. We regret the inconvenience caused.
